Who we are

Hinna Home ("Hinna", "we", "us") is the operator of hinnahome.com. We are based in Sweden and subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the waitlist and, later, the product:

• Email address — provided when you join the waitlist. Stored by our email processor Kit (ConvertKit Inc.) on our behalf.
• Room photos — uploaded when you use the product. Used solely to generate your AI-styled room, then deleted. We do not store, share, or train on your photos.
• Usage analytics — anonymous page views and product interaction events (e.g. which features are used), collected via PostHog to understand and improve the product. For signed-in users of the app, events are linked to your account.

We do not collect payment information, location data, or personal identifiers beyond your email.

Why we collect it

• To send you a confirmation email when you join the waitlist.
• To notify you when Hinna launches (one email).
• To render your AI-styled room when the product is live.

Who processes your data

• Kit (ConvertKit Inc.) — email delivery and subscriber management. Kit Privacy Policy

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

We do not use cookies. Our analytics (PostHog) runs in cookieless mode: nothing is stored on your device, and anonymous visitors are not tracked across visits.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email, or by contacting us.

Data retention

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Room photos are deleted immediately after rendering.
